Cwm Idwal Eryri Snowdonia photography workshop today

Just back from todays group workshop in Cwm Idwal Eryri (Snowdonia) and another day of wall to wall sunshine and blue skies which is often frowned upon by photographers but drop on a polariser filter and the views were certainly striking. We visited Llyn Idwal in the beautiful surroundings of the Glyderau mountains and then walked up the path to Devils Kitchen to reach this viewpoint over Llyn Idwal looking pack to the striking peak of Pen Yr Ole wen. After lunch we spent some time photographing the waterfall at the outflow to Llyn Ogwen and whilst water levels were a little low due to the lack of rain over the last few weeks the group still made the most of the conditions with some nice images

If you'd like to join a future group in Cwm Idwal I still have some availability in June & September. Alternatively you can explore the amazing Dinorwig slate quarry with me, some places are also still available.
